The disagreement concerns intended persistence, not whether the order vanished.
Product decision needed: must cart items survive an ordinary reload?
Environment check needed: is this the supported persistence configuration?
If both are confirmed, repair durable saving and verify reload behavior.
Also test failed writes: the UI must not claim success when saving fails.
I have not changed the code.
